Management Team

The Transformation Technologies management team has been building environmental recycling equipment for numerous decades. R. Patrick Garrett and Keith Chapman started working together in the early ’90s. The two of them spearheaded some of the largest remediation and reclamation projects in the world. Patrick Garrett would find the opportunities and devise a strategy for the cleanup. Then he would relay the information to Keith Chapman, who would design the equipment needed to complete the project. The pair worked together on projects throughout the United States, Africa, Europe, and the Middle East.

The two of them pivoted their attention to 100% green technologies in the late 1990s. They first created facilities that could take in materials with high hydrocarbon percentages. They would lift and condensate the oil from the materials. By doing this they were able to create oil products without the exploration, drilling, and transport required by an oil company. It also saved hundreds of thousands of tons of contaminated material from being landfilled.

In 2006 Garrett and Chapman focused their attention on spent catalysts from refineries. The two of them were able to build a facility capable of taking dangerous and hazardous waste and converting it into four 100% beneficial use products.

R. Patrick Garrett

Chairman – CEO

Mr. Garrett attended Western Oregon University where he majored in economics. While in college Mr. Garrett played football where he was a defensive captain for three years, leader of the Pack his Senior year, and participated on a team that has been inducted into the Hall of Fame. After college, Mr. Garrett played football in the European leagues for two years and coached in the United Kingdom for a year. Mr. Garrett spent his summers during high school and college working in the oilfields in Prudhoe Bay Alaska. When his athletic career stopped Mr. Garrett returned to Alaska in 1989 his first project was being a part of the cleanup crew at the Alaska Valdez oil spill. From that point on, Mr. Garrett's entire career has been to serve the environment. He has spent 34 years dedicating his life to global improvements.Mr. Garrett's career took has taken him to 61 countries where he worked as a technician to start and eventually as CEO. He is one of the pioneers of thermal remediation. He and his father purchased one of the first thermal remediation units in the world just after the Valdez cleanup. Eventually, they expanded the capability of their technology to include recycling rather than remediation. While Mr. Garrett's has had many accomplishments in the environmental industry his favorites include mobilizing the first thermal remediation unit in Africa and successfully cleaning up the lagoons of Bonny Island, Nigeria. Patenting and installing the first spent catalyst total recycling plant in the United States. Installing the first actual Secondary Manufacturing facility in Asia and being a part of designing, mobilizing, and implementing the first mobile infrared remediation units in the Middle East.

Chris Wilson

Director – Secretary

Christopher A. Wilson is a founding partner of Wilson & Oskam LLP, a corporate and securities law firm in Irvine, California. Mr. Wilson practiced primarily in the areas of securities offerings (both private and public), mergers and acquisitions, financing and lending transactions, public company reporting compliance, and general corporate law. For more than 24 years, Mr. Wilson has represented emerging and middle market companies in many industries, advising them on all aspects of their legal requirements including formation, financing, acquisitions, public offerings, and sale or merger. Mr. Wilson has served as a director and or a member of audit committees of several public companies. Before starting Wilson & Oskam, LLC, Mr. Wilson was an associate at O’Melveny & Myers (Los Angeles) and a partner at Pillsbury Winthrop LLP (formerly Pillsbury Madison & Sutro). Mr. Wilson received his J.D. degree from Brigham Young University (magna cum laude) in 1987 and is rated AV Preeminent™ by Martindale-Hubbell. Mr. Wilson has also been the Chief Executive Officer of two successful environmental companies in the United States. Mr. Wilson merged T5 Technologies into Remediation and Recycling Technologies (RRT). Because of this, Mr. Wilson was able to add value to T5 Technologies shareholders while at the same time increasing the RRT technological arsenal. Mr. Wilson was a big part of turning RRT into an international success story by completing projects in the USA and multiple other countries.

Allen H Adams

Director – Treasurer

Allen H. Adams is our Chief Financial Officer with nearly 40 years of experience in financial accounting, auditing, management, and tax. The Twelve years before joining the Company, Mr. Adams served as the Chief Financial Officer for several affiliated private entities that were involved in environmental remediation in the oil and gas industry. During this time, he temporarily served as a senior accountant for the USA division of a global company headquartered in the UK involved in the manufacturing of food products using a proprietary technology where he developed, updated and then interfaced daily with executive staff in the design, engineering, and execution of newly revised accounting systems using enterprise level software. Additionally, in these capacities, Mr. Adams managed accounting systems and staff, maintained compliance levels under accounting and tax laws, and managed third-party auditors and tax preparation firms. Before this time, Mr. Adams was a partner in a local certified public accounting practice. His firm provided environmental construction accounting services, reviews, audits, and tax preparation services for several companies. Mr. Adams's accounting practice provided financial and tax advice for these firms as well. Mr. Adams began his career with KPMG where his primary responsibility was in the audit of publicly held companies in the capacity of a senior-level staff member. Mr. Adams received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration and Accounting from Portland State University and is a Certified Public Accountant with an active license in the State of Oregon.

Keith Chapman

Director – Design Implementation

Mr. Chapman acquired a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri – Columbia in 1994. Mr. Chapman is currently enrolled as an Engineer-In-Training by the Missouri Board for Architects, Professional Engineers, and Land Surveyors.Mr. Chapman started his career early on as an employee of Chapman Farms, a family-owned business in Missouri. During his time at Chapman Farms, he learned the value of hard work and his interest in Engineering blossomed. Mr. Chapman worked for Chapman Farms throughout his teenage and college years. Mr. Garrett and Mr. Chapman started working together in 1995. Mr. Chapman was managing the daily activities of two fabrication shops owned by Tarmac Industries. Mr. Chapman eventually worked his way up the ladder and became a minority shareholder in Tarmac. He remained the lead engineer in charge of product design and manufacturing of the equipment for the soil remediation industry. He was responsible for the design of remediation equipment in Belgium, France, Croatia, Lebanon, Canada, and Sweden. He was also responsible for the sale of replacement parts for both the asphalt and environmental industries in the continental United States.Currently, Mr. Chapman is the Executive member of Chapman Services, LLC and the sole shareholder. Chapman Services provides engineering, design, consulting, and equipment manufacturing to the Thermal Remediation, HMA Asphalt, and Material handling industries.

Sheikha Dheya Bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa

Director Middle East Operations

Her Highness Sheikha Dheya Bint Ebrahim Al Khalifa, a member of the Bahraini Royal Family, a graduate of international business studies, and holder of an honorary PhD in International Relations from Geneva School of Diplomacy. A prominent entrepreneur who, over two decades, has built a celebrated conglomerate of over twenty- two companies and joint ventures in diverse verticals such as oil & gas, real estate, corporate finance, food & agriculture, new technologies, and artificial intelligence. The Highness’ efforts were recognized by Forbes magazine, which listed her among the top 100 most influential women in the Middle East. In addition to her business activities, Her Highness supports several charitable foundations and continues to promote cultural dialogue and better understanding among nations.
