Technology Overview

Transformation Technologies seeks projects that require the ability to utilize innovation. The environmental industry has changed and is now an industry that requires more than a company with the ability to transport waste to a landfill. The industry is hungry for companies that think outside the box. Companies with the ability to convert their wastes into commodities and/or products that can be utilized as secondary revenues and or energy sources. Companies that can help them eliminate unnecessary carbon footprints. Companies that can sit with them and create a plan that is zero waste. The days of the consulting company charging huge dollars for creating a bid document that has no innovation are over, originality is the new norm.

TTI’s greatest strength is it’s ability to custom build waste to beneficial use equipment. While competitors struggle to locate equipment for projects, TTI has a spotless record of fulfilling its contractual obligations, utilizing highly skilled management, proprietary technology, and manufacturing custom equipment. The owners of Transformation Technology have been creating innovative equipment and innovative strategies for 25 years.

Secondary Manufacturing

A significant volume of secondary materials (e.g., residual sediments/solids, by-products, contaminated media, and spent materials) is generated in the oil and gas industry. These secondary materials contain valuable resources that can be recovered and reused (e.g., entrained oil and hydrocarbons) or recovered and subsequently reclaimed and reused by other industries (e.g., metals and inorganic media).

TTI has extensive experience in the management, transportation, and processing of secondary materials. This experience includes the design and implementation of technologies capable of providing the petroleum refining industry with a variety of options to manage residuals and products. The effective management of these residuals and recovered products becomes an additional revenue stream for the refineries and TTI. We believe, the recovery of products and elimination of waste has the potential to give refineries a positive view in the public eye.

Waste to Beneficial Use

TTI provides on-site management and processing of spent catalysts into a commodity material, capable of being marketed to a broad range of metals reclamation and manufacturing industries. We believe TTI’s patented technology removes 100% of the hydrocarbons from the spent catalyst. In the process of removing the hydrocarbons, the catalyst is deactivated. The deactivation of the catalyst allows it to move without fear of combustion.

This TTI waste-to-beneficial use option provides the Refinery with the opportunity to retain greater value from its recovered resources resulting from the reclamation of metals contained within its spent catalysts. TTI’S management has operational experience in providing this service, and the practical experience necessary to achieve “commodity status” for recovered materials. This additional refinery waste will add recycled product value to the refinery.

Waste to Energy

Past incineration mishaps have created a bad name for Waste to Energy, but advancements in incineration processes and methods have developed an opportunity to turn municipal waste into energy. While waste to energy is not a replacement for recycling landfill material it is an excellent option to utilize the unrecyclable waste. Utilizing the BTU value from the incineration allows us to create green energy.

We believe Waste-to-Energy processes are a proven method for reducing greenhouse gases. Landfills create enough methane gas to be super emitters. Methane is a greenhouse gas that is 84 times more potent as a climate-warming gas than CO₂.

Waste-to-Energy is recognized worldwide as a technology that can help mitigate climate change. While there are plenty of new energy-creation technologies on the market, we believe Waste- to-Energy is the only one that can produce energy and eliminate greenhouse gasses.

Wildlife – Human Protection Technologies

There are areas of contamination all over the world that have not been recycled and or remediation The size of these areas can range from thousands of square miles to tens of square miles. While some of these areas are historic and were created because of ignorance or war, others develop daily in the process of natural resource removal.

These areas take a toll on local wildlife and on occasion human lives. Wildlife often can not tell when a lake is heavily polluted because the top of the lake looks clean. Before an animal recognizes trouble, it has already consumed water from the area or become trapped in sludge. These areas at times are very near to local communities. What the people do not realize is the Aquaphor they are drinking from may be coming from 100 miles away. Oil lake contamination can travel in through the ground and contaminate the water.

TTI’s patent approved, closed looped hydrocarbon extraction technology was invented to clean contaminated masses and reclaim billions of barrels of heavy crude sitting in oil lakes around the world. We believe by doing this TTI creates green oil and cleans the land.
